Bhubaneswar, July 2026: Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has officially announced a strategic partnership with Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited to deliver a comprehensive suite of general insurance products to its customers throughout India. Under this collaboration, Tata AIG’s full portfolio of insurance offerings will be accessible across Ujjivan SFB’s extensive banking touchpoints, spanning over 700 branches across 26 States and Union Territories, covering more than 300 districts. This widespread physical and digital footprint aims to extend financial security to a broader demographic.

The alliance is designed to cater to a diverse array of client segments, including retail customers, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), vehicle finance clients and housing loan applicants, offering tailored solutions that match their evolving financial and risk-protection needs. To ensure a smooth customer experience, Tata AIG will deploy dedicated on-ground teams across key branch locations to assist with direct client engagement, policy servicing and hands-on guidance. Reflecting on the milestone, Hitendra Jha, Head of Retail Liabilities, TASC & TPP at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, highlighted that the bank’s primary strength rests on the deep trust established with its customer base.
